Stripe processing + $0.15 per transaction

Paddle-Up is still in development—this page describes the planned pricing model when we launch. No hidden fees or surprise tiers are intended: every feature on this plan, whether you run one gala a year or dozens of events.

Payment processing (Stripe)

Stripe charges standard processing fees for your organization. Rates depend on your Stripe account, country, and payment method (for example, cards vs ACH). See stripe.com/pricing and your Stripe Dashboard for exact numbers.

Example only (US cards, not a quote)

Many online card-not-present payments use a structure similar to 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the U.S.—verify in Stripe. In-person payments through Stripe Terminal often use a lower percentage and/or fixed fee; check Terminal pricing for your region.

Paddle-Up platform

$0.15 / successful transaction

Full access to campaigns, ticketing, auctions, online sales flows, donor tools, operations, and the AI Assistant—no feature gates, no “contact sales” to unlock basics.

What you will not see

  • No monthly Paddle-Up platform subscription
  • No per-seat or per-volunteer fees
  • No hidden “enterprise” tier for core features
  • No contact-based upsell to unlock CRM or core event features
